A variety of new projects
A variety of new projects that were designed and that I programmed, all being recently put into production. All were created on a 5-axis Mazak Integrex programmed with Mazatrol.
Custom Chuck Jaws
The Company that I work recently purchased a new Mazak INTEGREX i-100 BARTAC S that came with a 5-jaw chuck. I’ve made custom work holding solutions for some of the projects to ensure repeatability and safety during production operations.
Explore new paths
While working in a machine shop for nearly 20 years, I’ve faced some adverse situations that required unique solutions. During this time, I’ve enjoyed my experiences with the companies that I’ve worked for and I’m extremely proud of the innovative products that I’ve manufactured throughout the years. Working with a variety of companies has always kept me up to date with the newest technologies and methods for lean manufacturing and programming CNC Machines.
