- Program, setup and run multi-axis and Swiss machines utilizing various CAD/CAM software.
- Optimize tool selection and machining process to increase productivity and improve consistency.
- Write setup sheets to simplify and ensure repeatability throughout the machining process.
- Program and Operate CNC machines according to tolerances specified on engineering prints.
- Revise programs to eliminate errors then retest programs that issues have been resolved.
- Produce quality products efficiently with the utilization of 5S manufacturing techniques.
- Operate various engine lathes, Bridgeport mills, and multiple styles of grinders to desired specifications requested by customer.
- Perform preventative maintenance or minor repairs on machines.
- Determine the sequence of machine operations and select the proper cutting tools needed to machine workpieces.
